Just a quick update to answer the flood of questions about when will we vote.

On Monday March 15th, 2021 the NMB investigator Josie Bautista’s approved 10 day extension to submit eligibility list challenges expired.

As requested by NMB Investigator Josie Bautista, AMFA National submitted challenges to the company original eligibility list, as did the TWU-IAM Association.

Now AMFA responds to the Association challenges, and the Association responds to the AMFA challenges, in addition AA will submit responses to both AMFA and Association submitted challenges! The current NMB deadline for these response submissions is next Thursday March 25th, 2021.

Once submitted, these responses will conclude the eligibility list challenge submission process, and after reviewing the submissions the NMB will make the determination on the required showing of interest for an election to be held.

We are very confident and expect, your signed cards will be honored, and that we submitted enough cards, and that a representation election will be granted by the Investigator.

Next step after that is the NMB will require AA to produce mailing labels for all employees on the eligibility list!

Following that, the voting instructions and access codes will be mailed to the current address the Company has on file for each member.
